Template for making your own Diamond CDMA Screen Protectors.

I got sick of looking for a good protector, so I bought a few that were larger than the diamond screen, created a template and made them myself. Works like a charm.

Below is my template in PDF format. You can try and cut the round edges for the speaker or just make a square (which is what I recommend).

Let me know if anyone finds this useful.

When you cut the speaker area out make sure you use a hard surface. If the surface gives at all the plastic will get stretched before it cuts and the protector won't contact the screen properly.

Nice work. My Diamond CDMA came with a screen protector in the manual. I thought it was genuine HTC, but not sure. Anyhow, if anyone needs a screen protector, check the manual first. I seldom even look in the manual, but I'm glad this time I did or I would have missed it.

They wear out, get scratched and people have a preference for different materials and surfaces. ...Just thought some people could use it.

I think these guys make the best protectors, I just recently bought a full body for my ipod Touch and love it.

they said they are in the process of making one for the CDMA Diamond, thats when i'll rip my Zagg off and buy one of these

Hmm I really didn't like the screen protector that came with it. Made my screen response kinda sucky(had to press down a bit more).

Re: Template for making your own Diamond CDMA Screen Protectors.

I loved the screen protector that came with my unit and can't find one like it anywhere. I've modified my own and they're just not the same. I've ordered from ebay, etc.....none are as exact as the one that came with the unit. Anyone know where I can find one? I like the template idea, but it won't be as perfect as a machine cut one.
