Updated 9/17 with the new server settings. Please use the simple install.

Simple one install method
Advantages no registry editing, and no configuring. Also removed stock loaded pictures and sounds saving about .5mb. Just install the .cab and everything is already set up for you. Enjoy the new extremely simple method of getting Pic/Vid Mail.

Download simple install .zip with .cab inside HERE

There you have it! Go to your pics or movies and select one. Select menu, select send, then select MMS. You can now send your picture/video mail with ease. Also in the camera mode there is now a setting for video mms.

Note: makes outlook appear to not pop up as quick when u try to open from today screen or start menu, but a well worth it hack.

The program works great, and I tested some pictures and videos.

However, when I tried to open the video for playback on WMP, the item is downloaded as a .jpg picture, not a .3gp video. (It tells you to Save to Phone, no option for Play Video.)

Is there something I can tweak in Reg Editor so I can play the videos? Thanks.

hummm, I really haven't tried video. But I the fil is coming up he right size, just the wrong extension. can offer a temporary fix. Just download total commander, theres a thread here on it and a download for it. Then find the file on ur ppc/memory card and change the extension by renaming the file from name.jpg to name.3gp hope this helps.

Nope, wrong file size, 14k is impossible for a .3gp video.

You know, I was going to finally install this...

and the link is dead for the .cab file!

lol, anyone wanna fix?

EDIT: So I installed this. Anyone want to tell me the benefit of receiving MMS ?

B/c before this, I get a Text message with a link which I then go to and see the picture. How is this different with this MMS hack installed?

At 3mb, it's a pretty huge addition...I'm doubtful I'll keep it.

u can send text and pics and vidz easily without having to send to the persons email @sprint or whatever carrier. u will still receive the same way.

im having problems getting the regedit program to download. i try and open it and it says it doesnt know what program was used to create it. like i said before im a total noob and kinda computer retarded

Hang on and I will update the top link to phm reg edit on the new freeware site, where you can download the .zip and install the .cab as you normally would.
