Yes it does, just solder a wifi chip and your good to go!

The Vogue has a wifi chip in it already, but it is a drychip. This means that you have to soak you Vogue in a bowl of water over night to rehydrate it. Once you do this, the WiFi option will appear in the comm manager menu.

As it has been said before, the CDMA Touch (Vogue) does NOT have WIFI.

The GSM Touch (Elf) does.
