Opera Mobile, Google Maps, YouTube hack, Extreme Text (threaded SMS), SRS WOW HD app, Lextionary (dictionary), Cloudyfa_EsmertecJbed (Java midlet app), OxiosMemory (memory management), SKTools lite, Skype, Resco, Sprite Backup, TCPMP.
That's all i can remember right now.

What does Skype do? Go to http://www.skype.com and find out. The SRS app is supposed to simulate surround sound from the speakers (i personally didn't notice any difference).
