is there anywa to increase memory on the wing?

hi im new and i have a tmobile wing and i love it but its device memory is so small compared to the srpint mogul and cingulars new ppc is there any way to increase device memory by anychance anythng will do cuz it limits my thing or programs to put on my phone thanx in advance

You can reduce the pagepool size. It's 12mb by default, but you could knock it down to 4mb which would give you 8mb RAM back.

You will want to make sure you are closing programs you are not using anymore. Some programs will sit in memory when it should of been closed. You have to get used to going into task manager and closing all programs.
Also, there is a program called hibernate that frees up memory while in WM, works very well. If i i find a link for it I'll edit this post.

Changing your page pool really helps. I had trouble figuring it out at first being all noobish. You can also overclock you processer. Wing still isnt blazing fast, but its much improved.

You can get the pagepool and overclocking cab here as well as instructions. Make sure with the pagepool that you have your wing synced to the PC. run the cab from your phone and the pagepool bat. from your pc. soft reset.
