Hmm, an i760 on Sprint. Anyone know of CDMA phones from the CDMA countries in Asia that might be interesting?

i think the DoCoMo FOMA line of phones are CDMA. that'd be pretty wicked to have one of those on sprint.
Could finally play Final Fantasy: Before Crisis...... |

Ah, I don't think you quite understand what you posted.
1. The HTC Tilt is a GSM phone...which does nothing for Sprint, Verizon, Alltel, and other CDMA customers. 2. It's great Sprint unlocks the phone...but unless Verizon or other CDMA company will accept phones they didn't sell themselves (i.e. Verizon won't activate a silver PPC-6700 sold by Sprint). However, this is good news to make one step closer to opening up the CDMA network and company choices. The next big step would be for the CDMA carriers in the US to support RUIM.

correct me if im wrong but i believe (probably here in NC) that a law was passed earlier this year requiring all carriers to allow activating phones from other carriers
now this doesnt mean activating a gsm phone on a cdma network but you should be able to activate a sprint phone on a verizon account and vice versa |

this article basically outlines that sprint phone can be used on other networks that utilize cdma.. This DOES NOT mean other phones from other carriers can be used on the sprint network..
dont hold your breath just yet on the tilt/kaiser |
