VZW users will NOT be caught. If tethering was being detected, you would be directed to a Verizon page asking you to add Mobile Broadband Connect. They won't just charge you like Telus did.

I have HTC Wifi Router working flawless. Stays connected for quite a long time. Better than tethering with USB.

No but it's in the programs list. Once you set it up you just click on it and it launches a wifi hot spot.
