Sprint's 30 Day return policy applies to the Contract as well. If you return the phone within 30 Days the contract will void as well.

Re: From Touch Pro to Moment?

well i have the tp..it sucks but does the job. i could care less for all the apps but the one thing that keeps me using the tp, is being able to play flash videos using TCMP player! my friend has the moment and he let me mess with it, i love the feeling and how responsive the phone is. but has anyone been able to use tcmp player? i have an 8g card with all my movies/games/apps/cabs/etc.. the one thing that bums me out on the moment is no flash player! whats the solution?

Re: From Touch Pro to Moment?

I made the switch as well....actually went to the store to upgrade to the Touch Pro 2. When I saw the Moment, I fell in love, even though I knew NOTHING about it. My complaints are truly superficial but they were comforts I had gotten used to with all the years of WM.

I miss the fact that I don't have some sort of light to notify me of missed events (calls, texts, email, calendar events, etc.). If it's something I did or need to do to make these work then someone PLEASE inform me! I also miss the control I had with Voice Command. I could know who was calling via the announcements in my bluetooth headset & make calls the same way. I really miss that. One thing I discovered today is that the bluetooth headset won't automatically reconnect with the phone if it goes out of range. I actually had to go into the BT menu on the phone & manually reconnect it....that sucks! Other than that I am really happy with this phone & what it can do. I look forward to the updates that are coming down the pipe.

Re: From Touch Pro to Moment?

Im actually trying to go back to WM now after three weeks. After getting a TP2 on my wifes line, playing with it a bit, i realize that it still has the features/productivity that i need, and Android doesnt. At least not right now.

I have the TP now and tethering is very important to me if I move to a moment. Has there been any better ways found for tethering with the moment?

i tether with azilink and it's worked alright. there's a wifi tether as well, but only for rooted phones and it's not stable yet...
