I was talking to a couple people at some corporate stores and thats what they told me. I hope its not true, but bummer if it is.

Update: date is pushed back till end of Feb...no guarantees though. --mal

interesting considering some user over on SU posted that he bought 1 from best buy yesterday but returned it after a few hours.

Hey I read that post & I'm on the waiting list but I was told release was the 24th shifted to the 16th, that post says the 15th so that post means it's closer than we thought!
