Don't know what you mean about toasts. However, the 700wx should notify you every time a new message is received, usually most people complain that there no repeating alarms and use apps like PhoneAlarm to have this ability.
My recommendation is to search the Software forum and download the Delete/Mark All As Read CAB. This application will add 2 options to your Menu in POutlook, delete all and mark all as read... this way you can mark all the messages as read without having to click one by one.

Attached is the notification I'm talking about. For my GMail account, I pretty much read everything as it comes in, but for my work account, I get a lot of email. and I don't want to read it all because some of it only makes sense from within our email client (we use lotus notes and the sync is done using pylon anywhere). So there's some that I'd like to leave as unread on the device so that when I get to my desk, they'll still show up as unread.
I'm thinking there's no way around this, though. Thanks for your suggestions. I'll look into the mark all as read thing. |

toast = the perfect name for those white notification popups - why hasn't someone come up w/ this before?!?
Oh, and I think if you have your work e-mail sync into a sub-folder, that may help...

It's not something he came up with ... It's been around since MSN started throwing those IM alerts in those white windows.
