hmmm mine is:
Software Version: 1.10-ROWEN
Hardware Version: A
Firmware Version: 133
PRL ID: 7065

I have Telus in Ontario, I got the phone under a month ago though. Can someone tell me how to update the software to the newer version? I've looked at Palm's web site and can't seem to find it. Thanks.

You may already have the latest version. Don't think we have a newer version because of the number since we are all on different service providers.
