I have a brand new pro 2 which I have not even charge. I have never flashed or unlock a phone, but I'm a fast learner. My phone came with a sim card installed, do I removed it before I start doing anything with the phone? Can you please tell me what I need to do to have this nice phone working and running without blocking it? This weekend I read a little about the new release of the Rhodium w hard-spl, have you tried it?

Sorry, I'm a newbie at this. Would rather try to flash the phone myself than pay $120 to have it done.
