Help!! Phone bricked

My touch is stuck at the password screen. I enter the password (yes its the right one) when i hit unlock the phone just stays there.

It happened when i downloaded an app.

http://www.freewarepocketpc.net/ppc-...in-v0-0-2.html

I tried to change the .gif and the screen froze.

I restarted the phone and I am stuck at the password screen.

Any ideas please?

Did ya try a Soft Reset? If that didn't work, a Hard Reset should fix it..

Re: Help!! Phone bricked

Ok I was able to fix it. The phone was still connecting to Activesync and from the Activesync - tool -remove programs I was able to remove the app - soft reset and now its working.

that was close.

Re: Help!! Phone bricked

In the future, you can hard reset by pressing down the red and green call buttons and poking the reset hole while the phone is off, then follow the on screen instructions.
