You can open "PPCGeeks_OEM.rar" with WinRAR and navigate to the "zzzzz_OEM_SpbScreenshot" folder in the archive.

The file option.xml should be replaced with the file attached in the first post.

When building a ROM what's the most liekly cause for: File Create Error" on kitchens\ppcgeeks_oem.rar?

The last log entry is Extracting kitchens\ppcgeeks_oem.rar

After it is done scanning the ppcgeeks_oem and is in the extracting status during the build.

I redownloaded the rar again too witht he same result. Only thing I did to the rar was manually add that options file for the screen shot issue.

The newest rar should not need that option.xml. Please put you selections.txt and status window contents on pastebin.com and then post the links.
