What to do now?
 

I had a bad keyboard on my touch pro this is my 3rd one

I went to the store and they said since im almost there they would allow me to upgrade early but i lose out on the mail in rebates they didnt even give me an option to get it fixed or another touch pro
what should I do, my keyboard still doesnt work and i have hard reset it

I dont want to upgrade to a touch pro 2 for like 450 and the cheapest phone is like 150

go tell them you want a replacement then. They should send one to you. I dont know why you would want another TP though. I hate mine. But i get my Droid Eris in 2 weeks (:

Just get a replacement... soon they won't have any more replacements and they'll have to upgrade you.

yeah this was the first time i went to this store, it was alot more crowded at least 10 employees there, the one i normally go has like 3 (didnt feel like going there as its always the same guy looking at my phone and he remembers) guess they want to make me buy an expensive phone
