Just filed my asurion claim. They were extremely reluctant, asked me if I wanted a Palm Pro, HTC Snap, BB Curve/Tour and put me on hold about 5 times but i was persistant and they are sending out a NIB TP2 overnight to be here thursday!

Hey toviaheli long time no see, just got mine ordered today. Was on my sixth touch pro. Sprint has some serious issues with refurbished touch pro's. Getting my new touch pro 2 on Thursday or Friday. The Sprint store wanted to give me a Palm Pro, and I said, hey I can't use it. 320x320 resolution is the worst ever and most of my apps only work with 640x480 or higher, plus I need a pop out keyboard. Look forward to seeing you in the Touch Pro 2 Forums!

I got mine through asurion after talking with CSRs. Got a credit that almost covered the deductible, and then I called asurion.

NIB TP2. Pretty nice after my TP practically becoming unreliable and requiring frequent replacements.

Sprint and Asurion got good surveys.
