it depends. i complained about getting refurbs and their solution was buy a new phone, they would credit the amount, but i had to sign a new deal. maybe they slipped that one in on you.

OK.. After getting transferred around a dozen times and interrogated by everyone, they finally reset my contract back, (which I was out of). Tried my luck with the TP2 but got denied. Least i'm out of my contract now tho, I got the juice now!

It's called contract slamming. Called them and complain. Best place to get it resolved is retentions.

there are alot of sprint reps that are members here...they read these things too! whatever you're trying to do, don't post it!

That highly sucks! I do see a lot of that here tho (people posting the deals they got) especially when the first touch pro came out. I Know exactly what mean. I was just fooling around tho, never expected them to give me a deal. My main concern was trying to get my contract right. I'm eligible for my 2 year up grade but I may hold out for a while. I just can't justify spending $350 on a TP2 right now. Hopefully Tegra powered phones will be coming our way next year! I'm also watching the Leo, it seems promising, but it might not hit CDMA tho. Thanks for the help!!
