Difference between SMS Inbox and Stored Messages

I recently did a backup with resco, and upon restore it appears (initally) that all the SMS message are indeed restored. On the TouchFlo Messages Tab it shows the last 25 messages received, many of which are prior to the hard reset. However, when I go to the Messages | Text Messages | Inbox the inbox is empty, even though at the bottom it says "227 Messages".

Does anyone know how to use the registry or what-not to re-link in the stored messages so they display in the Inbox again?
