Help! Touch Pro Won't Sync Subscription Music - Page 2

Yes, exactly the same problem. Everything works fine sync-wise, I can sync my calendar and contacts in Outlook perfectly, drag and rop files from my desktop to the storage device like normal. However, Napster just can't see the device whatsoever.

It is too bad because I want to use Juicy 8 and my current version of Juicy has a broken menu in the music tab so I can't randomize my songs.

Any word from Juicy yet?

Nothing yet. He is, as you may know, working on a new build. I am hoping that may fix the problem. There was a fix to your music tab issue I believe. Which version of J7 are you running? I will try to find it for you.

I actually didn't have an issue with the Napster program not recognizing my TP. My issue was with the files on my TP wouldn't play. Did you guys make sure that your device name was the same, in settings?

Yep, thats the first thing I do after >Flash >Hard Reset. Keeps things right with Activesync.
Juicy is updating the DRMMiddleware in his new ROM version. FINGERS CROSSED!

Juicy says he thinks he has it fixed for the next release.
