It happens to me if I set an alarm, my clock is good, but as soon as I turn the alarm off... my time jumps ahead an hour. The only fix I have found is to
uncheck the time sychronization in Phone settings, then change the clock to London time, then back to Phone settings and check/update time sychronization. My time and calendar items are fixed. Although my time zone saus Mt Time, instead of AZ time. But maybe that'll change in the future when everyone else changes their clocks with DTS. Hope this helps you.

Any ideas about my alarms? It's annoying!
BTW el ryno I tried what you suggested and it seems to be working. It is kinda irratating me that it is set to GMT-7 MST tho.

I dont think I have your alarm problem tho. May try a hard reset. I was having some issues with my TP and a hard reset fixed everything. Maybe I'll get over my fear of flashing the ROM and just give WM6.5 a try.

Thx for your help.

Re: Receiving time wrong?

Here is a fix that worked for me (Bell Canada)

Navigate to the following loc in the registry: HKLM\Software\OEM\SMS

Add the following DWORD value

Name: RecvTimeStamp
DWORD Data: 1
Base: Dec
Hopefully it works for you. It only worked for me on MightyROM though with 6.1. Not sure what/if it will work with 6.5

Yup, first thing I did when I noticed that issue.
Well, the updatedness of the time zone anyway. I'm not too sure what you mean by force the network to update my time. As far as I could tell, I couldn't find any option to do that. Is that a reg entry we have to edit or litereally an option somewhere?

I'll be honest, I'm rather new to the whole phone flashy thing, so I'm not sure.. I read some, but still uncertain of what I'm doing. :X

Byteme, thanks a lot!
I can confirm that this fix works with 6.5, and beautifully as well!

Tried this fix. Connected the phone to the computer via activesync and it changed my time to 1 hour ahead.....AGAIN

I think I'm just going to give up on this. I can't believe that we can do so much with these phones but for us in AZ we can't get the time to be right??? Just makes no sense!!!

Thx for everyone's help anyway tho.
