Play time of notification mp3's

I checked out my touch pro rom yesterday... And I found that my mp3 notification sounds were all cut short... It also is a problem on the stock rom for Sprint as well. Here are the notifications :

ActiveSync: Begin Sync
ActiveSync: End Sync

I've attached the mp3's. It only plays the first second, maybee second and a half. They both play fine on my diamond. They have worked fine on the mogul, vogue, and diamond in the past. Even on the stock rom if I copy them to \my docuuments I have this issue...

yea i noticed this on your roms...i just thought it was my phone....sorry i didnt say anything sooner.
