Crutchfield sells adapters that go inline between your antenna and the radio (requires pulling the radio out). They also sell (depending on your make/model) adapters that hook into a factory radio's cd changer port to convert it into an aux in.
I currently use a tape adapter since my factory unit has one but no aux in.

Alot of newer Head Units come with optional USB inputs. With the touch pro's USB to PC connection settings set to "disk drive" The head unit reads mp3's and mp3info flawlessly. Good luck.

Be extra careful if you get a lower end unit that has a USB port. My father in law bought one and thought he'd be able to listen to files on his drive but it turns out that the USB port was for power only, not for accessing media. They were pretty deceptive with it so just be sure if you go this route that it is actually for accessing storage drives.
