does anyone that owns a touch pro have an issue with the screen fading in and out?? it doesn't fade out completely (example: its like someone it playing with a dimmer switch in your house going from dim to bright) anyways with that being said can anyone explain why and how to resolve said issue??](*,)

in your backlight settings, you can tell it not to adjust automatically using the light sensor, then it will always use the values you define. this is a feature meant to make the screen more viewable in any lighting condition.

you have it set on auto adjust. go to start>settings>system>power and uncheck auto adjust.

On a cloudy day it bugs me and I usually turn it off, with the clouds shifting and changing the amount of light constantly, but it's often useful otherwise.
