Problems trying to Flash Phone - Did I flash it? I don't know.
 

I'm trying to flash my phone with a new rom.

I unlocked it first by downloading on my PC clicking the SPL .37 file found here:

I clicked install with my pc connected to the htc. I left the room, took a shower, and came back.

I try to check if it's unlocked - by pressing down volume and pushing the power button. I get a pop up menu:

Warning: Power will be turned off, and you may lose data if you have not saved them. Do you want to continue?

I click yes.

I don't see anything different. I don't know if it's unlocked.

Edit: Okay I got it - now stuck in tri color screen.

hold power and volume down and the press and hold the reset button in. You should see a red, green, blue, and white multi colored screen (that screen is called the bootloader)

you havet to hit the soft reset button while holding power and volume down
then if it says cmonex on the nootloader screen you are unlocked

i tap the top button. also holding it down. neither is doing anything to the phone.

press the pin hole on the bottom of the phone w/ your stylus
