Bluetooth Pan

I am trying to set up my tp through ics using bluetooth, i recently bought a bluetooth adapter...and cant figure it out. I am running kk loaded v 1.8 rom and telus radio...i can get the computer to recognize the device and get the pro to recognize the computer but not connect...does anyone have step by step instructions to set up pan i searched but couldnt find much and nothing that solved my issue

What OS is on the computer? Have you been able to pair, not just recognize or see each other, but actually pair the device and the computer?

yeah once you have the PAN going on the phone and its been paired with the computer. There should be an option on your computers bluetooth settings that say Join Personal Area Network. Select that, and it should see your phone and let you select and connect. At least thats what I do on my computer running Vista.

Im running xp and im not sure where to start, when i go through the phone and add a device it recognizes my computer and list it but its under disconnected and theres no option to connect...when i add a device on the comp it recognizes my phone but then when i try to join personal area network it re-searches for a device and tells me none could be found
