WHOA, the least you could do is ask before starting a thread like this. I pay a licensing fee for EVERY SPB game a sell. As for the themes and apps, I never said I created them. Read the auction, I said the themes were custom made and that the software would help users make the most of their Touch Pro's. If I am doing something wrong I will gladly take my auction down. Would putting the creator's name next to the auction change anything?

I didnt think it was immoral, I honestly still dont think it is. I understand I should have said that I didnt create the software, but I felt like that went without saying. I can edit my auction if that will make a difference.

Saying that you did not create the software is one thing, thats no big deal, who gives a isht who created it? Not me. The thing is, you are ripping people off for isht that they can get for free, not to mention when I was in the Sprint store today (I am friends with the manager) that isht voids your warranty, if I didnt know him, I wouldnt get exchanges. Don't know why it voids your warranty but it does, how are you gonna feel when someone's TP screws up and they come back to you SOL because their isht couldn't get replaced, YOU would be responsible. Just my .02

I really didnt know that. I've been modding/hacking/adding programs to my phone ever since the 6700 and got the total protection plan when I bought the Mogul and haven't had a problem having my phone replaced. Again, I did this as a "side business" venture and did not intend to scam people. I believe scamming is promising something and not delivering. This is just like anything else, for example a car salesman (take my example loosely...just trying to prove a point). He will sell a car to someone who knows the invoice lower than he would to someone who doesnt. If someone buys what I listed, they find it worth it, and I send them what I promised.
