Scambled Start Menu

Some reason my Start Menu is now scrambled (showing static and jumbled images) (not in landscape mode though?). I messed around with Advanced Configuration Tool a little, I'm guessing the problem may have been caused by me enabling the menu animation, which I then disabled and even restored to default settings. Is there anyway to fix the start menu without a hard reset.

yea in the user interface section say DONT animate menus

I found the tool else where so I didn't read that. I tried to search for a solution in all the forums. Did I overlook it?

sorry I read that wrong thought you were telling me in the user interface section somewhere on this or their site it said "dont", but regardless I already disabled all the animations. reset then even restored defaults still didn't work. some hang up somewhere

yeah, you would think disabling those settings would work, im trying to find the entry my self in the reg. maybe the program isn't changing it right for some reason due to a conflict or something

i had that and all i had to do was disable menu animations... i would enable, save, soft reset. then disable save softreset

leave it to me to have some weird bug that doesnt let me fix things right hahaha

wait... i tried something different... i uninstalled the program, reset then reinstalled, now it showed that the menu animation was still enabled (unlike it said before). so i fixed it AGAIN and then reset it now its fixed... hahaha weird hang up, I'm still confused how that happened. thanks Hibby for trying. hope this post helps anyone that may come across this as well.
