Re: Text messaging ringer

start/setting/ click sound and notification, go to the notification tab, on event scroll to new text messages, and pick any sound that is on the list...of course you can add your own, but this is a start.

*edit*...I read to fast..I thought you did not know how to change ringers since this was your first post..."esqueue" has the answer.

congrads on your TP.

Try adding an mp3 to the root directory of your SD card. It will be in alphabetical order.

What about the /windows/rings/ directory? If that doesn't work try using a wma file.

That all I can guess. I am using juggalo's rom which allows me to add any mp3 from the root directory of my sd.

Re: Text messaging ringer

you can use mp3 files, just place them in the following and not in your SD card:

File Explorer>Application Data>Sounds

and then go back to notifications and you should see the files in the drop down menu.
Hit Thanks if it works
