Re: Step by Step instructions for dyeing the battery cover on touch pro!!!

Don't forget that the lens does not remain 100% clear. Taking pictures before and after this dying method shows the "after" image as being darker w/ less color.

That was a deal breaker for me.

Re: Step by Step instructions for dyeing the battery cover on touch pro!!!

just so we arent confused, there is no coloring of the lenses of either the camera or flashlight. after looking and taking pics with both a brand new and colored the picture quality is the exact same.

NO NO NO! STOP THIS RIGHT NOW! There is already a 91 PAGE thread about "dyeing" the TP battery cover. For gods sake we don't need another one. NINETY FREAKING ONE PAGES. 91 about dyeing your TP. 91 pages. 91 pages..

Re: Step by Step instructions for dyeing the battery cover on touch pro!!!

I agree, We dont need ANOTHER Thread about this!
And for the record.... Dry Powder Rit-Dye works fine!
I did mine with black and red.. After awhile, All the edges
started wearing away with a really cool color-shifting look.
That would have happened with liquid dye too.

But no more threads on this pleasies!
