Back Order Status
Was wondering if anyone has any updates on their Touch Pro replacement that was on back order status? I was told last week that my replacement was on back order, and they didn't have a solid ETA...

I called today and Sales Support told me another 7 to 10 days. I also asked if they can place the order for me so that at least it is pending and was told they can't process any orders for TP

Ordered mine 3 weeks ago and just got my replacement yesterday.

A sprint rep i talked to said there next shipment is supposed to get in dec 21

Ordered my replacement through Sprint 1 and a half weeks ago and got it yesterday.
