I see a touch pro on craigslist for $275. Is this a good deal? Any risks getting it?

The title pretty much says it all. It's $275 for the phone, carrying case and charger. Original box not included. Is this a good deal? Is there any risks in getting this. The guy gave me the esn and I checked with sprint and it is clear.

It's go. the important thing is the ESN. If it is clear then it's good. now , you have to find out about the cosmetic. The main essential of a phone is the battery, phone , and charger. accessories are easy to find.

at that price is a good deal. no contract. PICK IT UP.

i would wait before making a move.the phone is still pretty much new release-wise so why no box?

i dont have a box for my pro or diamond. throw them out on day one. maybe not that odd. if i send phone back they send me one. did it with three diamonds.

someone posted a thread about craigslist and ebay but without a box...i don't know.i had the guy at sprint give me the replacement box with my replacement pro so the numbers would match.completely off topic but "go steelers!"

Okay, I got it. It's on my account as we speak. If it is an insurance fraud, can I be held responsible? It's on my line now and i can make and receive calls.

i think the esn wouldnt be clean if it was insurance claim. sounds good

2) if it is a fraud, you can't get the phone activated and ESN will come up BAD or not Good.

What you can do is , go to sprint store with that person and activate the phone while that person is there with you.

not that easy if the seller lives outa state.
