Re: Keyboard sliding sound?

If you're talking about the Tiermann app I posted, then yes.

I've been using it since I got my Pro. At first, I couldn't figure out how to get the app to find the wav files unless they were in the windows directory.

Finally figured it out and all was great.

Good Luck.

Re: Keyboard sliding sound?

You can use Total Commander, or Active Sync.

Why put the wav files in the Windows folder when you can put them on your Storage card?

Just follow the instructions in my first post. Keep the files in the wav folder and move the whole folder to the root of your storage card. Then just point the sliding sounds program to the storage card. Select the sounds you want, run the program, and you're done.

Re: Keyboard sliding sound?

If you uninstall the cab at a later date, does it revert the registry changes it makes to default? Just curious before I "push the button". Thanks in advance.

Re: Keyboard sliding sound?

Savage - not sure about the reg entries.

You can set it to NOT play sounds. That puts you at default (no sound).

You can also set the program NOT to run at startup, so you can leave it installed (but inactive) if you want to.

Here is the developer's website:

http://tiermann.com/

Hope that helps.

FYI - The developer's site will not give you the sound files I posted here.

Re: Keyboard sliding sound?

I am a huge Janet Jackson fan - so I now have her saying "You know you want me" when I slide my keyboard open, and she giggles when I slide it close.

I LOVE THIS PHONE!
