I use a 16gb card on my sprint touch pro!

16gb cards are ok but the class rating on most are class 2, meaning it has a minimum transfer rate of 2mb/sec. The highest class rating currently is class 8,(min. 8mb/sec) but are hard to find. I have a class 6 8gb Sandisk micro SDHC card in my TP.

You will be able to use any micro SDHC card which will be sized up to and including 32gb when they come out.
