Vibrate changes to Silent

When I set my phone to vibrate, inevitably at some point I'll find out I'm not getting my calls and when I turn on my TP I see that the ringer and system is set to silent. Am I accidentally hitting one of the buttons or a button combination that's a quick key to turn the phone to silent or something? If the phone is in sleep mode, pressing any button will not do anything, only the power button, correct? I frequently take the phone out of my side holster during the day and maybe I'm accidentally hitting button? Is this happening to anyone else?

It's happening to me too! And it's pissing me off. I don't carry mine in a holster. It only switches itself to silent when I set it to vibrate! This is driving me nutz. At least now I know I'm not going crazy!

Re: Vibrate changes to Silent

this same thing was happening to my Mogul too before. I think it was something to do with BT being used.....If you have BT enabled, or use it for a call or two, it would switch. Anyone using/not using BT? The last ROM from HTC for the Mogul fixed that issue I believe. BTW, this happens to me. I only use BT (whenever I can)
