Response on reception
So I emailed eCare about my reception problems on my Touch Pro. Here is there response. BTW, I live in Peoria, IL 61614. Does your phone do that? Any ideas?

While standing outside, the reception bars goes from no baras to 3 bars every few seconds. Most of my incoming calls are not coming thru. I receive no calls while in my house, even though I can place calls just fine. While in the house or at work the bars fluctuate from 0 to 2 every few seconds.
