HTC Touch HD Release question

Any update on the HD being released in US? ....any?

HTC has officially said the Touch HD will NOT be released in the US... sorry.

They said it was too late in the game to make a version for the US. By the time it could hit the market it would be old news. But they said now that they're aware of the heavy interest here they'll take it into account for the following generation.

HTC No Touch VR 16gigs of RAM 2 terabyte ROM operates by picking up brainwaves. Sprint should have the CDMA version released by 3Q 2010. The Verizon version will be crippled just like the Pro and will only have 256MB of RAM and 512MB of ROM no SD slot and does not include the filter that prevents it from picking up non owner brainwaves.

There were talks of another HTC phone coming to Sprint as the first WiMAX phone (and looked similar, but slightly smaller than the HD).

I did find this website indicating some speculation on the possible T-mobile release in the US, but who knows because they also indicate that it's just a "rumor" Supposedly to be called the G2.
