I believe SD 2.0 refers to reading speed, so all SDHC cards are SD 2.0 since they are much larger then 2gig and below cards.

M2 is just another kind of card you see in Sony Ericsons...and I'm sure other phones.

No! That is incorrect!

The M2 (Memory Stick Micro M2) is sony's proprietary brand. Also known as MS Pro (Dou)[Magic Gate]

It is not the same as Secure Digital (SD, MicroSD [and HC variants]) cards and will not work in them. M2 cards only work in sony devices that have a MS Pro Duo or M2 slot.
