The first pic is in the auction in ebay. It is a gsm diamond running custom rom from xda. The touch pro might just be the same as that which I think is fake. Not a real att phone

The first one is not legit. AT&T probably wouldn't put 3G in front of the carrier name... And it even says on that Ebay listing that it is a GSM version with a AT&T prl and such

Someone pointed out a very good observation; If you look at the properties of the picture he took in the mirror, it says the camera used to tak the picture was a HTC-P4600 taken at 2008-08-12 18:54.

Also notice on the picture, it has a flash hole.

P.S. person went thru very elaborate details to scheme this up, or it's real..
