good so that means that if it dosent come out until the 29 i can call on the pros launch day. but one more question do your have to wait till the recieve the phone before they will send you the new one or does it all come in the kit thanks agin

It depends on your account, If you dont have a spending limit they will send the phone (pro) & kit so that your not out of a phone! If you have a spending limit on your account, you will receive the kit first return their diamond and they'll send you the (pro)

It DOES!? I know most phones released on weekends are pushed back by a week or two (See samsung i760). The october 29 release at least sounds a bit more credible because it is on a weekday...but not being on a tuesday is also weird too. Guess this is like a movie. If it comes out on the 19th it'll be good

Ok, just got off the phone and was informed that the new date release would be Nov 2nd... we'll see then..

So far from all the emails and phone calls, only 2 agents have said very end of October. And my contact has said on the 29th. Maybe he will nail it
