Slingbox not working

I have been using slingbox mobile on my Toucch Pro 2 without any problems for six months and befor that on my Touch for two years, Today it quit working. The slingbox works on my laptop without any problems.When I try to connect with my phone it tells me it cannot connect and to check if my phone is connected to the internet.I have reinstalled the program,reset the box and manualy installed the data. Nothing has worked. Any ideas on what to try next?

Yes they are.

I reset the box again and this time it worked. Problem solved. I still don't know what caused this and why reseting the box the first time didn't work.But I am up and running and that is all that matters.
