What Res does TouchFlo resize backgrounds to?

I noticed that 480 x 800 backgrounds are blurry as hell in Touch Flo ( crystal clear if you look at them in the regular today menu ). So I am trying to find out, what size do they resize to in Touch Flo? What is the res you need backgrounds to be to not resize, and maintain a 1 to 1 pixel ratio?

So far 640 x 480 seems to look the best to me, just wondering what everyone else noticed.

It is messed up cause touchflo resizes them to 512x512, compresses them using cfc, and then expands them. It makes it look really ****ty. Check out my signature for info on how to get High Quality Wallpapers.

Is there a limitation that made them go this route? Conserve memory?? Is it something we can expect to see corrected in future versions of Touch Flo?? Id love to find out I can get an update that fixes this. Its the only thing that makes me hate my phone... I cant show of my beautiful crisp screen.... Id skip WM 6.5 if this Touch Flo just had that one thing as the stock rom this time around is perfect to me ( with a few graphic tweaks. )
