Found a glitch on how to get the old start menu while running TF3D, no extra cabs, etc...
I found this while running Boom Blox (A game that runs full screen), and I held down the talk button to get Voice Command prompt. As soon as it beeps, it minimizes the game, and shows the old Start Menu.  Not sure what other apps it works on.
