Question Can You Put A Sprint ROM In A Unlocked HTC TP2?

I'm shopping around for a TP2 and I have found some new Sprint TP2's for sale but I have also found a few HTC TP2's. I know the HTC versions have the front camera and FM Radio and all that. But what I'm wondering is if i get one of those HTC versions with all the extra features would it be possible to flash that phone with the latest Sprint ROM that's on HTC's site.

I don't think so because those are primarily the GSM versions used on AT&T or T-Mobile and you may brick it if you try to flash a Sprint Shipped Rom that has a CDMA radio. I would think you could flash a custom rom and an unlocked radio to it and provision it correctly but even then I would think you would have to convince Sprint to let you activate it on thier network and that may be difficult.

While Sprint Touch Pro2s are world phone CDMA/GSM, the HTC variants are GSM only so they will not work on the Sprint system. And there is that pesky problem of the foreign esn.
