CAB for glossy/glass covered quick links??

I have been looking for almost two days and I haven't come up with much. I was wondering if there is a cab. that allows the quick links to look like they are behind glass?

I've found a couple ROM's that have that feature, however, I am satified with my current ROM.

I know the glass orbs are apart of max manila, but those are not what I am look for. I have included a picture below.

Any help will be appreciated.

no cabs that im aware of,but you can find everything you need to convert yourself here,it's very easy,the link to the icons you want are in the first post

Do you happen to know what ROM that is?
