keep music on

Does anybody have a cab that can make pandora and the stock music player play with the screen off?I found one for pandora and works great. Just hopein there's one for both instead of having 2 cabs that pretty much does the samething.

thank you

Re: keep music on

I set up a hardware key (long press on start menu button) to "Switch display on/off" using AEButtons Plus. The top button puts the phone to sleep which kills the music, and if you leave the screen on it will also eventually go into sleep mode. But if you just turn off the screen it will not kill the music. I think you can also do this by going to Startmenu->Settings->personal->buttons and set one of the buttons to "Toggle Screen".

Hope it helps!

For me, it might stop for several seconds before next song plays and I think it "quit" but then it will eventually move along to next song. Anyone else?

Re: keep music on

Go here to the official pandora thread and download "PandoraVGA with Regs.cab"

http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=48458

Not only is this cab formatted for VGA phones, but it this also has registry entries that fix the awkward transition between songs where it cuts off the ending of the songs.
