Re: Sleep OF Death!

I can almost guarantee it is caused by lockdevice 1.6, try performing a clear storage or a hardreset, then dont install that app, should fix the problem.

Bahumbug. That is my favorite app on the whole phone lol...

I hate how slow and clunky S2U2 is and lock device is perfect for what I want.

This stinks.

There are other apps that do the same thing, try out smartlock 1.7

Re: Sleep OF Death!

I had this problem as well and I am using 6.1 with spb mobile shell. I ended upi taking it in the sprint and they just gave me a whole new phone. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I don't think it is software related, as there was another thread on here about the same issue.

Re: Sleep OF Death!

I experienced this issue after flashing to the Verizon 6.5 OEM ROM. I did a hard reset and haven't experienced the issue since.

Re: Sleep OF Death!

I have no issues with underclocking other than the sleep issue. I barely notice a difference between 528 & 384 honestly. I don't get why people think these phones are SO slow, mine is very snappy.

Anyway, I use NueClockControl to underclock. I'll attach the file if anyone wants it.

Re: Sleep OF Death!

I have had the same issue, after several attempts of installing and re downloading the official rom, I went with the mightyrom and am glad I have its a new much better phone from it. I also had Text message issues where it would lock up for several seconds to mins. for no reason if you were in the text area and hit the return button. Good luck my friend.

Re: Sleep OF Death!

I get the SOD almost every day whenever I unplug my charger, now that I think about it. I might just remove the underclocker altogether...

Re: Sleep OF Death!

geez this is a real bummer. i just started to get comfortable with my sense 2.1 setup and now i'm looking at reflashing, possibly to a sense 2.5.2012 :-/

i could just do the flash dance and re-flash vzw 6.5, but why go through all that for the same rom?
