Opera 10 Beta issues?

I have noticed that (with MightyROM IMPACT) when I load up Opera 10, I lose all ability to send text messages. I can still receive them, they just won't go out. I'm assuming this is not a common issue as people are running it, but maybe it's a Mighty...or even IMPACT specific problem? Is this why Mighty pulled the Beta from his ROMs? I have done 3 hard resets and still cant get 10 to work properly.
