Re: Best ROM in terms of Speed & reliability

Dibbson's Rom has been the most stable and fastest Rom I have used to date. His Roms also offer lots of free memory and come loaded with some great stuff. Whether you run his 6.5 or 6.5.3 Rom you cannot go wrong. I cannot praise his Roms enough as well as his involvement on a daily basis to keep making them better!

I'm with you, Neodium is stable, fast, lots of memory left and everything just works.

OP: you just got to try some of these recomendations.
If you have space on your SD card, why not throw 2 or 3 of the .nbh files in a folder along with the stock and try them out.
Fastest/easiest method for flashing is from the SD IMO.

We would recommend Mightyrom 1/20/10 or Silence 12.1 both are excellent. Over in the MightyRom thread we are also waiting anxiously for a new release to the 1/20 rom... Great Rom... Great support... Those are what I would recommend. It I helped please hit thanks!

Re: Best ROM in terms of Speed & reliability

Just in my experience.. Medium Hill's roms are the best barnone.. they're pretty bare bones, but very swift and very minimal errors.

I've tried Energy, Mikes, Silences, and a few more. I stopped flashing everyone elses once i got to Medium Hill.

Re: Best ROM in terms of Speed & reliability

Do any of the custom Roms keep the HTC start menu? I prefer that to the 6.5 menu.

Re: Best ROM in terms of Speed & reliability

one thing is for sure, these roms are definitely super beta, especially all of the 2.5 roms I've tried. Tried and proven mighty rom is pretty good if you want a 6.5 / 2.1 combo.

They've certainly waist a lot of time. I like the 2.5 interface because everything is easy to reach, but that just makes my phone have all sorts of bugs. Soft reset every morning, automatically with cleanram, keeps my phone relatively reliable and good battery life.

Re: Best ROM in terms of Speed & reliability

SsS Rom without a doubt. No crazy personalized boot screen and it's jsut really stable. I've tried Mighty, NRGz and another one but had some kind of problem with all.
