Bricked?
 

I flashed NEW*[ROM]Jan 18,10 Merdin's Windows Phone Inn Manila 2.5/2.1 Sense UI *4 VERSIONS* last night and after doing carrier provisioning I can't make any calls. When I try, I am forwarded to an "outside operator who will help me complete my call with a credit card or calling card." I remember seeing on one of the screens "OTA Mode," which I have never seen before, although I can't seem to find it again. I flashed back to stock 6.5 to no avail. PLEASE HELP

OK, I did that and now when attempting a call I get "We're currently unable to authenticate your phone"

Program your phone with your cell provider. You can do it yourself if you know the Msl and msid.

All set now, called #8899 and they fixed it within a minute. Thanks both for the help
