I understand the problem you are describing. I experienced it when I changed hosted Exchange providers. I could not change the Exchange user name / password on the Mogul and it wouldn't allow me to delete the profile altogether.
Connect the Mogul to your PC and after it is finished syncing, review the Exchange Server settings in Activesync on your PC. There is a button to "Delete Server" on the Exchange Server settings screen in Activesync on your PC. |
